For years, I believed that feeling tired, sad, emotional, and bloated was just part of life. I was hooked on processed foods and the quick dopamine hits they gave me, which were slowly hurting my gut. It did not take long for me to realize that eating real, whole foods could change everything. Now I am eating a 100 percent natural diet and feeling the best I ever have.

The most noticeable difference was my body. In May 2025, I weighed 140 pounds. By August 2025, I was down to 115 pounds. I never intended to lose weight and I was not insecure about my body. My stomach stayed mostly the same, but my face, arms, legs, and glutes looked noticeably different.

I stopped feeling gloomy all the time and started feeling more balanced. I no longer cry every day and I have a much better grasp on controlling my emotions instead of letting them control me. I laugh more, smile more, and find joy in the little things. My mind feels peaceful and I do not get anxious as often.

I became sharper and my memory improved. I started remembering tasks, passwords, and even old childhood memories more easily. It feels like my brain is more awake and alert throughout the day.

It makes me feel grateful to be alive and excited to wake up knowing I will cook a meal and enjoy it guilt-free.
